AyurPure Cooling Oil is a medicated oil formulation, based on the recipe taila for Chandanbala Lakshadi taila in the Ayurvedic text Yogaratnakara.

It is a classical, herbal formulation that contains a combination of several herbs processed in precise amounts to provide specific medicinal benefits.This medicated oil is a combination of several herbs such as

Chandan (Santalum album, sandalwood), which has pitta pacifying (pitta shamaka) properties. Chandana is known to help reduce skin irritations, itching, burning sensations and inflammation.
Bala (Sida cordifolia, Country mallow), which balances all the 3 doshas, especially Vata. Additionally, Bala helps relieve the symptoms of pain, emaciation etc.
Laksha (Laccifera lacca – Lac/Shellac) etc.

in a grounding base of sesame oil. This oil contains no mineral oils, parabens, sulphates, colourants, chemicals, artificial binders, additives or anything that you wouldn’t want for your body.
